Meet Our Team

Mr. Davis attended Texas A&M University and Abilene Christian College. He received his law degree in 1982 from the Texas Tech School of Law. Mr. Davis is a former U.S. Marine who served in Viet Nam. Before joining this law firm in 1990, Mr. Davis had extensive experience at other local personal injury firms. He has practiced in several areas of injury law and now concentrates his practice on Social Security Disability claims. Mr. Davis has represented Social Security Disability claimants in several thousand hearings before Administrative Law Judges.

Ms. Collier received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Houston and her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Collier served as class representative of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society. Ms. Collier was selected as the Hooding Speaker at the school’s Hooding Ceremony. She is currently a member of the Texas Wesleyan Alumni Board. Ms. Collier joined our firm in 2003 after working at other area law firms. In addition to Personal Injury, Ms. Collier has experience in the areas of Family, Criminal and Workers' Compensation law.

Ms. Ponce was raised in Brownsville, Texas. She received her B.B.A. with a Minor in Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and then went to the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After graduating from law school, Ms. Ponce clerked for two federal judges in South Texas and then returned to school to receive her Masters in Law from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Her Master’s in Law degree was in International Law.

Before becoming a member of Kraft & Associates in 2007, Ms. Ponce worked as an attorney in a large Dallas immigration firm. Ms. Ponce has experience in family-based immigration and employment-based immigration, as well as other more specialized areas of U.S. Immigration Law. Ms. Ponce is a member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is active in Habitat for Humanity through her membership in the Dallas Bar Association. Ms. Ponce is fluent in written and oral Spanish

Ms. McLaughlin is a native Texan, and a graduate of Irving's Nimitz High School. She joined our firm in 1987 after five years of employment with Texas Employers Insurance Association, including a job position as lead clerk in their workers' compensation department.

Ms. McLaughlin serves as our firm's Office Administrator, and is responsible for many office operations, including secretarial and staff recruitment and training, marketing, personnel management, and other law firm administrative functions. She manages our firm's computer network and also serves as our law firm's bookkeeper.

Mr. Greving graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Business Administration degree in Finance in 1996. He also has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.  Prior to joining this firm in 1999 as a part-time employee, Mr. Greving developed Web sites and applications for a telecommunications company.

Mr. Paul is a Dallas native who graduated from South Oak Cliff High School. He served in the Texas Army National Guard from 1983-1995 and worked in the Security field for twelve years before joining our firm in 2001.

Ms. Lomeli first joined our firm in 1989 as a receptionist and new case clerk. Ms. Lomeli attended Adamson High School in Dallas. Before joining our firm she was employed at a local bank in the customer service department. She now has more than eighteen years' experience as a law firm receptionist, and is able to handle our busy telephone lines and still give visitors a friendly greeting when they come to our office. Ms. Lomeli is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Juarez is a Dallas native who first joined our law firm in 1988 as a receptionist. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and attended Executive Secretarial School. Ms. Juarez has filled several positions with our firm over the years and currently works as a New Case Clerk. Ms. Juarez is fluent in Spanish.

Immigration

Ms. Chavez is a Texas native. She graduated from the  University of Texas at Austin. As a student she actively participated in Young Democrats, Mexican American Cultural Committee and other campus based organizations. She received her dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Studies accompanied with a minor in the English and Spanish languages. She went on to volunteer and intern for the  Irving- based immigrant non-profit organization known as DCET. Before joining our firm in 2007, she was employed by a prominent immigration firm based in  Dallas, Texas.

Ms. Chavez continues to be politically active around her community by participating in local and state level campaign work. Ms. Chavez is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Deleshaw joined our firm in 1997, as a Social Security Assistant. Ms. Deleshaw had 30 years of experience with Government agencies, 23 of which were with the Social Security Administration. Ms. Deleshaw was a Supervisory Hearing Assistant and Acting Hearing Office Administrator at the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings & Appeals. She has also previously worked in the medical field. Ms. Deleshaw attended Southern Methodist University and community colleges in this area. She retired from our firm in 2008, but remains available as a consultant.

Ms. Gregory is a Dallas native who began her employment with this law firm in 1984 as a receptionist. Ms. Gregory has filled various positions for our firm over the years. She currently works in our Social Security Department as one of the secretaries assisting clients. Ms. Gregory also deals frequently with the Social Security Administration when our clients have problems getting their benefits paid on time.

Ms. Butcher is a Dallas native and graduate of Adamson High School, who attended a community college for work-related specialized classes. She joined our firm in 2000 as a Social Security Assistant. Before coming to work with our firm Ms. Butcher had more than 22 years' experience with the Social Security Administration. There, she was a Legal Assistant to the Administrative Law Judges, and fulfilled detailed positions as a Decision Writer at the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings & Appeals. Ms. Butcher acts as a liaison between our law firm and the Office of Hearings and Appeals.

Ms. Mobley joined our firm's Social Security department in 1993. She has prior civil litigation experience with other law firms in the area of medical malpractice. She also assists with our law firm's marketing efforts. Ms. Mobley has attended Eastfield College and the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ms. Martinez joined our firm in 1995 as a receptionist. Ms. Martinez has filled several positions with our firm over the years and currently works as a legal secretary in our Social Security department. She also serves as one of that department's Spanish-English translators. Ms. Martinez has more than 20 years' experience as a receptionist and legal secretary. Ms. Martinez is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Gordon attended both the University of Massachusetts and Fairleigh Dickinson University. She began her law office experience with Mr. Kraft in 1971 and has been employed by this firm since our founding in 1979. Ms. Gordon has worked in several capacities with the firm, and now assists clients who have personal injury claims.
