William Stacy Webb

Overview

I was born and raised in the Appalachian mountains of eastern Kentucky in a small town called Prestonsburg. After graduating from high school in 1990, I attended Alice Lloyd College where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in history in 1995 and graduated with honors as a member of the Alpha Chi honor society. I obtained my law degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky in 1998. After law school, I worked as in-house corporate counsel for a local healthcare subrogation company.

Following the events of September 11, 2001, I put my legal career on hold to become a full-time firefighter/EMT in suburban Louisville. I found my time as a firefighter/EMT to be very rewarding. However, after two-and-a-half years as a first responder, I moved to Dallas in 2004 to resume my legal career. I became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2006, and since that time I have devoted my practice, almost exclusively, to defending the rights of individuals. Whether protecting my client’s freedom in criminal court or fighting insurance companies to win just compensation for victims of personal injury or automobile accident, I have always enjoyed knowing that real effort in the courtroom can make a real difference in the lives of my clients.

In addition to practicing law, I enjoy weightlifting, tennis, reading and Olympic recurve archery.
